The R-2000 Program is a collaboration between the Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) and the Office of Energy Efficiency (OEE) of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan). As a certified R2000 builder, Hilton has the expertise to build the most efficient homes avalaible.
